Foxua ("we", "us") explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our creator marketplace and related services.
We collect only what's needed to run the platform: your name, email, account type (creator or business), profile fields you choose to add (city, bio, social handles, follower count, pricing), campaign and messaging content, and payment information when you fund a transaction (processed by our payment partner — we do not store full card numbers on our servers).
We use your information to operate Foxua, authenticate users, match businesses with creators, process payments and disputes, send transactional emails, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal information to advertisers or data brokers.
We share data with providers who help us run Foxua: Supabase for authentication, database, and storage; Vercel for hosting and analytics; and Resend for transactional email. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect Foxua and our users.
You may close your account at any time from Settings. After you request deletion, we apply a 30-day grace period before permanent removal so you can cancel if it was a mistake. Some records may be retained where required for tax, fraud prevention, or active disputes.
