These Terms govern your use of Foxua, a marketplace connecting businesses and creators in Lebanon. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
Foxua is designed to hold USD funds in escrow until the business approves delivery (or a defined milestone). When escrow is funded, funds are released to the creator upon approval as shown in the product. If a dispute is opened, release may be paused until the dispute process below is resolved.
The budget you agree with a creator is what they receive. Foxua adds a 15% service fee on top for businesses ( 10% for designated Founding Creators during the promotional period). The fee is not deducted from creator earnings. Rates shown at campaign acceptance apply unless both parties agree otherwise.
Disputes follow a four-stage ladder: (1) auto-revision — use the included revision round(s) in the brief to align on spec; (2) mediation — parties work in good faith via Foxua chat and support; (3) Foxua review — our team reviews the brief, timestamps, and deliverables against the written agreement; (4) defined refund / release — we apply the outcome (partial refund, full refund, or release to creator) based on fault and evidence.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lebanon, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Beirut shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
